Directions
The property is easily accessible in Schmöckwitz except by car, with the S 8th.
From Ostbahnhof train station and take the S8 to Grünau, from there, the M 68 - a special tram ride, partly along the water - about 12 minutes to Schmöckwitz.
They run from the terminus of the road back to Adlergestell Imkerweg, from there it is about 5 minutes walk, to your destination.
By car you arrive at the best of the city motorway, take exit Adlershof, from there take the Ernst Ruska shore about 2.5 km to assign to the Adler Frame (S-Bahn bridge) and then right yourself. After one km keep right direction Schmöckwitz. You drive straight to the S - Bahnhof Grünau over, driving through the woods about 8 miles, then you have finally reached the district Schmöckwitz. At the traffic lights go straight ahead, the next street on the left Imkerweg.

Amenities
The living room is 20 square meters large, well furnished and equipped with a leather double sofa bed for 2 persons. From the living room on the ground floor have direct access and views of the Seddinsee.
The living room is upstairs with a computer, a television and a sofa bed (Ferderkern) is also equipped for 2 persons. Wireless internet is available throughout the building at a daily rate is available The bedrooms in the north-east has a beautiful view of the lake and the boats.

The dining room is located next to the living room on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate six people - and even 8 people have dined there.
You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Seddinsee - in summer the terrace lures on the lake for a delicious meal.
Prices of the Vacation House on Water
- For the cottage in Schmöckwitz we charge a daily rate depending on the season.
- The property is located in an exclusive location on Seddinsee and for up to 6 people.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for a stay - we prefer a weekly rental during the high season from Saturday to Sunday.
- Season 15 May - 15 September - € 120 / night / for 2 people each additional person + € 10 / night
- In addition to season 16 September - December 12 - € 100 / night / for 2 people. Each additional person + € 10 / night
- Holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Ascension and Pentecost are considered high season !
- Pets are welcome if they behave themselves and do not sleep in the beds and on sofas - they are calculated per snout with € 10 / night
- Linen, towels and water are included in the rent.
- Thorough final cleaning by tenants or against payment of € 50.00 - part of the contract
- Electricity is charged at 0.22 cents / KW to consumption
- Gas is calculated by square

Schmöckwitz Environment
The former fishing village is nowadays Schmöckwitz - due to its position in the water - a popular recreational destination. Schmöckwitz is surrounded by the woods between the confluence of several lakes, including the Long Lake, Seddinsee, the Lake Zeuthen and Krossinsee.

Restaurant Strandlust

The Schmöckwitz Grünauer-shore railway is among the most beautiful street rail lines of Berlin. The railway runs along the first road on the shore train to Long Lake. From there it goes along the road race and the sport walk up to the settlement Karolinenhof. In parallel, there is the Grünauer regatta course.
