General Rules
- The lease agreement is concluded between the porperty (lessor) and tenant. Through the agency incurred no brokerage fees for the guest.

Payment / Cancellation
- The letter of confirmation are the amount and maturity (s) of payment (s) for full details. For short-term arrivals in the payment of Schlüssel-/Wohnungsübergabe is due in cash.

- In case of early departure, there is no partial refund claim.
- We recommend a trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by the landlord
The landlord may rescind the contract if the performance of the lease for the landlord will be considerably more difficult or impossible (eg fire damage / water damage), or the remainder of the rent payment is not received on time. Prices have already paid will be refunded. A further claim does not exist.
Liability / Defects / reduction
- Defects that are detected during the rental period are to immediately report to the owner. The tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable to correct the deficiency (loss mitigation).
- The tenant agrees to treat the equipment and the general care facilities. Damage caused by the tenant must be compensated for.
- The house may only be specified in the contract with the number of persons and number of pets are covered. The pets are properly insured.
- The tenant can ask the owner for compensation / mitigation, and only for non-performance due to significant deficiencies in the rental property.

Other
- The landlord can terminate the lease without giving notice if the tenant stay disturbs. A claim for refund or partial refund of the rent does not exist.
